Nobody in Samsung seems to know the standards of their own products. They need a 3rd party external engineer to confirm either way.
My experience was the engineer visited to resolve an issue, failed to resolve the issue. Upon saying the same issue was there it was deemed "good enough".
Escalated up the chain thinking Samsung would look after their customers and it was just a bad engineer. Nope, they kept repeating the same despite there CLEARLY being an issue.
Having looked around online I can see across Samsung's product range the lack of support and resolving issues seems common. Shame as they used to be good, not any more.
