Vacuum online awful serviceAwful experience. Ordered vacuum weeks ago. Picked a delivery date and received 2 sets of information regarding delivery. I had picked 22nd April. Did not arrive and no one called me to say they couldn't deliver despite that date being confirmed. The delivery company apologised saying no driver booked. Called samsung who said could try organise delivery the next day and if not would sort refund. Received no notification. Emailed and was told it's in warehouse so nothing they can do so I will need to have delivered and reject it and which I could get a refund weeks later. Awful experience will definitely not buy from the again. The guy has me on hold now claiming to check options. Not only do I have no vacuum but have to wait months for a refund and no reimbursement for being home waiting for delivery nor hours wasted in communication! Do not buy from Samsubg online!
