I purchase a washer dryer set ten months ago the dryer just died I contact Samsung of the dryer not working after ten months here in Florida she sent out contractors a tech came out and informed me it was my electric and to call an electrician Ferran was contracted and said nothing is wrong with my plugs but something is wrong with this default dryer. well he came out and told me nothing is wrong with my outlet that the dryer need to be replaced. The agents that comes out to fix are non fixing agents who also told me I needed a new cord I told him ok put one on he told me he doesn’t replace anything like the cord. Now I’m confused. What’s with Samsung not paying the third party of repairmen to fix fix fix I will never recommend no Samsung to anyone is it my fault their dryer does not turn on after ten months I’ve call homedepot they only carry the products to sell out Samsung need to take full responsibility of all there warranty appliances . GET ANOTHER AGENT YO FIX THESE PRETTY ON THE OUTSIDE DEFAULT ON THE INSIDE MACHINE S . And another thing that tech that came out complained to me he wasn’t gonna get paid. Well Samsung you are putting out bad business. Your machines are wack and your service people are wack. I’ll be writing a reviews as updates are needed . I’m so disappointed in these appliances
