Lifelong Samsung customer. Will never buy a Samsung product again. Purchased a new fridge in March, installed in April and hasn’t worked since May. It is now the end of June and I still do not have a fridge.
Absolute worst customer service experience I’ve ever had to go through and it’s continuous.
My entire house has Samsung products…will NEVER purchase another product.
