From my experience with my new s23 Ultra, this will be my last Samsung phone. The phone is way too sensitive to damage and Samsung doesn't invest in customer support.
BUT: at the,Samsung Westfield store, there are at least two exceptional staff members: Richard and Thabo. They are convincing sellers and genuinely interested in customers. They get 5 stars from me.
