An app icon that's always been on this Galaxy S22 Ultra disappeared from thr home screen for no reason. App still works, have to keep going to Playstore or settings. More than 2 hours chatting 2 separate support representatives. They gave me inapplicable instructions then a link to download that was a threat and phone wouldn't download.
Just frustrating. Should be very simple and they can't.
