7/8/24Samsung appliances and services used to be a stand up company, BUT NO LONGER! Purchased a refrigerator 8 months ago and it no longer works. Lost all our food which horrible with how much food costs right now. Took literally 2 days on the phone to make a service appointment. Which they didn't show up for, but rescheduled. They cannot repair their unit, will not take it with them and cannot replace it with the same unit " because they don't have it in stock"BS!
Now they want us to purchase a new one for the same cost. You can't buy a loaf of bread right now that doesn't cost you nearly 3times as much as it did 8 months ago! Will NEVER purchase Samsung again.
