I bought all four appliances from Samsung eCommerce. I'm happy with the appliances - horrified by Samsung's Customer Service. They were delivered July 3rd, 2024. Their contractor RXO was a scheduling nightmare but that's not directly on Samsung other than choosing better partners. On July 26th, while ordering the kitchen cabinets - I realized that the over-the-range microwave was too tall and wouldn't leave the desired room above the stove. I thought I would exchange it for a more expensive microwave and upgrade to their SLIM model that shaves 7" off from the height. I called Samsung eCommerce and they basically said you're SOL - sorry. Their return window is 15 days and they won't extend it for 8. The microwave is in an unopened box waiting to be installed. They are unwilling to budge. I thought the Federal Trade Commission required internet/phone/mail order companies to give 30 days returns. I'll follow up on this. On one hand - it's my fault, I should have bought elsewhere. I am/was a solid Samsung customer. I have 75" TV, Galaxy 24 Ultra, Galaxy 6 watch, now all appliances - but simply, they don't care once they have your money. I'm EXTREMELY disappointed in Samsung and my choice to place my trust in them. I spoke with a supervisor in their eCommerce group and he passed me to Technical Support which makes absolutely no sense other than to get me out of his way. I hung and gave up (which I'm sure that's what the supervisor was hoping I'd do. I'll never buy another Samsung product. I suggest you look past Samsung.
