STAY AWAY FORM THE SAMSUHNG BRAND.. BUT SONY OR LG INSTEAD. THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE/TEC CUPPORT/CASE MANAGERS WILL MAKE EVERY ATTEMPT TO REFUSE ANY WARRANTY CLAIMS AFTER FAILING TO FIX THE TV 4 TIMES. ADVISING A FAKE SOFTWARE UPDATE WILL FIX THE ISSUE. ONGOING ISSUE FOR THE PAST 8 WEEKS. INCOMPETENT CUSTOMER SERVICE WHO WOULD EVEN LIE AS AUTHORISED REPAIR CENTRE CLEARLY SAID THAT THE TV CANNOT BE REPAIRED. MOST OF THEIR MODELS FOR THE PAST TWO YEARS HAVE BEEN AFFECTED ALREADY.
