Bought a Samsung watch at Best Buy. Crossed the street to Verizon to have it activated. The IMEI number was not in their database. Waited several weeks for it to be processed to the Verizon database. Now, after waiting, I am told it cannot be activated by numerous Verizon techs both on the phone and in the store. Something is wrong with the watch. Samsung customer service offered only a mail in repair. A repair for a watch that did not work out of the box! Have never experienced such poor customer service.
