I ordered a fridge online.
The first fridge delivered was dented on the front door and they offered me a measly $100 for a fridge that cost over $4000 2hixh I rightfully and understandably refused.
The second fridge delivered had multiple dents on the front door and again they only offered me a $100 to which again I refused.
On the third delivery they only gave me notice of delivery 2 hrs before delivery by email and then the delivery person called at 10 am saying they were on the way but of course the service elevator was in use. Then I called samsung again and said they would the delivery would call me within 2 hrs so I could book the elevator and it has been over 5 hours without a call. NEVER ORDER LARGE ITEMS ONLINE FROM SAMSUNG. I WILL HAVE MISSED AT LEAST 3 DAYS OF WORK TO GET DELIVERY OFNA FRIDGE THAT I STILL DONT HAVE
