If I could give a ZERO i would have! I’m very disappointed in Samsung I bought the washer/dryer combo and in one load of washing realized it was NOT working right
I re read the manual and tried again STILL dissatisfied I called Samsung and the representative told me
I’m sorry I don’t know anything about that or having information it’s too new
I reached out to online support for Samsung and they sent out someone to look at the unit
The person that came out said
Oh yea we’ve been called out for a lot of these they are NOT Good units I’m sorry
However no one wants to help me out with this issue now
I have ALL MY TEXT MESSAGES with the Samsung support and they have said sorry if you want us out there and we don’t find anything wrong you have to pay $150
So I’m stuck with a brand new unit that I noticed didn’t work properly the first week from purchasing and Samsung REFUSES TO DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT
How would you feel Samsung if this was happening to you
I didn’t ask for a refund I was asking for credit in a different unit
I’ve always had Samsung my whole house is Samsung
