Samsung has the worst customer service in the market. If you’re buying a Samsung appliance be ready to be harassed by the service Center team. You maybe paying a lot for Samsung appliance but you will not get a good customer service at all. I would suggest if you’re buying a Samsung refrigerator then make sure to buy one more because if Samsung fridge breaks down they will not repair in less than 5 days.
