Beware of Samsung products for the following reasons -
1) Very poor quality control
2) Pathetic after sales support
3) Customer service which shirks responsibility quoting flimsy technicalities
4) No coordination whatsoever between Samsung Shop and Customer Care which will resolve absolutely nothing
