bought a55 online, didnt like it, called to return as no options to print online label, was told that there will be 20% deduction as i ve opened the box!!!!!!!!!!!
i called the cs the same day i got the phone so no way i will be using the phone unnecessarily!!!!
pathetic cs the lady put the phone down on me - had to pay 80£ to get the remaining refund- will never buy samsung again
