Samsung sent me a Galaxy watch and the package was not delivered but FedEx says it was delivered
I raised an issue with Samsung but to give a refund they want me to file a Police complaint.
Valid police reports contain all the following details:
1. Police Department Name
2. Police Report/Case Number
3. Date of Police Report
4. Full Name of Victim
5. Incident Location
6. Details about products stolen/not delivered
This is just a tactic to waste time and not issue a refund
