They don’t deserve 1 Star
I have a 10k fridge that has problems with doors not opening or closing properly
It’s out of warranty but the old parts have been replaced by new ones by a Samsung recommended repairer
This has been going on for 6 months and been replaced 3-4 times
I have video proof of the defect - I have reached out to Samsung to fix the issue
They are not interested in helping out
So off to VCAT we go and I will be asking for half my money back for half a fridge
WATCH THE VIDEO- SEE IF IM WRONG!!
