I purchased a Samsung TV for my father for Christmas. The purchase was made on December 2. My father passed away on December 13. We have a TV that is painful to look at because we aren’t able to give it to him as a gift. I called Samsung and spoke to three different people. Due to their policy, we have exceeded the return window. Due to their policy, they are unable to do anything to help us with a return. I will never buy a Samsung product again and I will continuously and forever tell people this story and to advise not to purchase from Samsung. Samsung should be ashamed of how they treat their customers.
