The absolute worse customer service experience I have ever had to deal with. Keep telling me the remote that came with my TV is not compatible to my TV, I've used it a year. Said my warranty expired a year before I purchased the TV. I have the receipt. They are rude slow to respond uneducated to help I found more help on YouTube.
