If I could give less than 1 star I would! SAMSUNG has the absolute WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE ON THE PLANET!! I ordered a new microwave on Samsung.com on Oct. 25th. Here it is December 31st and still have no microwave or refund after being assured that I would. Have called every week since the ordered was not received. Was told I would get a refund for the full amount 3 weeks ago. It's been 3 weeks and still no refund. Call every 2 days and get the run around. Everyone gives same answers to question word for word. Everyone makes same request and promises a callback or refund within 48 to 72 hours. I never receive either. I have always lived samsung but will no longer be a customer of a company that could care less about the customer.
