Changed my address, Ordered a tablet. Order populated with the wrong address even though I changed it. Called samsung to change address. They said they couldn't. Told them to cancel the order. They told me they would once they put of a 75 promo. A day later they did not cancel the order, it got shipped out. Called them back. They called FedEx to cancel the order. They still delivered it. Now they are telling me to either get a police report or I can't get my money back or the tablet.
