Over the course of several orders during 2024, Samsung takes the prize of the absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced.
Every issue requires multiple instances of Live Chat or email exchanges, with different information being relayed depending on who you speak to.
This is on top of the random cancelling of orders, often meaning you'll miss out on time-sensitive deals and extremely inefficient and limited returns process.
At this point I'd sooner pay a little more just not to have to deal with these clowns.
