My last 2 phones from Samsung have had problems and both times I've tried to get them fixed they have found a reason to void my warranty absolute disgrace and as fit the Samsung stores they are great at selling there products but any problems they are quick to point out there nothing to do with Samsung they are carphone warehouse so I have 2 new phones over £1200s worth that they won't repair with out it costing over £400 my new Samsung s7 edge speaker is broken just buzzs when taking calls but the SIM card tray is broken still works fine so this voids warranty???? So if I pay £270 pound to replace motherboard so a new sim tray will fit in then they will repair speaker. Looks like I'm heading over to the dark side IPhone who Samsung could learn a great deal off
