85" tv. Non existent customer service! No option to talk to a person to troubleshoot? Text only? Absolutely no help. Gave up after 3 hours, which the majority of that time was waiting for a response. Very disappointing! Will never buy another Samsung product again.
That's what I get for trying something new. Going back to Vizio. Have always gotten great service from them.
