I bought a Samsung phone in the Xfinity store with a warranty. After 5 months it stopped working, and I asked for help. At first they answered me by SMS, provided a phone number and address, but unfortunately they do not work. I wrote to them about this, but did not receive any more answers. I have been trying to solve the problem for a month, but the store completely ignores my requests. I am very disappointed with this attitude towards customers. San Jose California 95129
