I traded in my Samsung Z fold 4 to get a Samsung Z fold 6. After resetting my 4 to factory settings it was opening to bios, I sent it in and Samsung decided to no longer honor my trade in despite the phone turning on before being returned to Samsung. When trying to come to a deal or understanding they denied any kind of support, and simply said they would not be honoring the trade in.
