Bought an expensive Samsung Washing machine which went wrong after 2 years.
Samsung stated it was out of warranty, although I had a 5 year extended warranty.
Despite many phone calls, letters and emails they refused to respond, effectively turning their backs on the issue.
I have a number of Samsung products, but in light of the very poor customer support, I will never ever buy a Samsung product again.
You can see how poor they are by their feedback [which doesn't seem to bother them]
I wouldn't have given them a 1, but there was nothing lower.
