Samsung s90d 77 inch failed 3 months in. We are hitting the month mark. They have the tv and I haven’t been paid for it. They have lied multiple times and given me different stories on what’s going on with the refund of the tv. This is not to mention the expensive sound bar of theirs I bought and it failed in the first 2 weeks of owning it. I gave up on receiving any help on it after being passed around till I threw it away. I used to own multiple expensive Samsung monitors and tvs. I will no longer be using Samsung ever again. Their products no longer last and their customer service team is not up to the challenge of resolve the issues their quality control department creates. Bye bye Samsung I’m going to take my money some were else because your competitors specs may not be as good but atleast they are honest and they make products that last longer than a few months. Thousands of dollars down the drain. Never again.
