Had Gear S3 Frontier on pre-order weeks ago. I had to ask where my order was rather than being kept updated. After asking for a fourth time was told that my payment hadn't gone through and told to replicate the order so I could use original payment method. The S3 Frontier showed as being in stock on the website so I place another order and the payment appeared on my account, but the web site crashed and I didn't get an order number or confirmation email. I spoke with two people from support who told me to wait an hour as there have been technical issues - nothing - the second said wait a couple days and if I didn't get an order confirmation the payment would be cancelled, and also said there was no stock anyway! How can there be no stock if they tried to take payment for the pre-order?
My situation is now worse as I have been charged and have nothing to show for it. I have sent more emails to support today but nothing / no-one is getting back to me.
This is appalling service and am questioning my loyalty to Samsung products - I have had Samsung phones for the past few years and have two Samsung tablets.
Very concerned, dismayed and upset by this whole mess :(
