Worst Customer service since Cingular became AT&T over 12 years (or so) ago. This Service number is horrible!!!!! No one cares to help and all are not in the United States...guess no one cares enough to get satisfaction. I have had my Samsung Note 5 ($850 investment) that sucks!!!! I brought it to Best Buy (where I have insurance and where i bought it) and they said i had to get it mailed to Samsung. What a horrible experience I have had...over a weeks worth of calling and still no phone and no expectation of getting my phone back even....I am SSSSSOOOOOO FRUSTRATED WITH THEM!! Still no phone since 4 months now-NO HELP!
