I have tried to order a hwj8500 4 times now. The first out of stock. The second after paying again, put of stock The 3rd they send with missing bits. The 4th they say they will install and I pay again, only after two days they tell me they don't install. I am totally sick of samsung and it's shop. I will never buy a Samsung product again. They are a joke. Their shop is a joke. They say they'll install them they don't. I swear I will never touch a Samsung product again. Total joke of a product. The hwj8500 is a joke. I have cancer and after being promised they'd deliver and install they let me down again. I will only buy apple from now on. I will throw my phone away and buy a apple, who aren't a joke
