I purchased a defective product. Customer support hung up on me until I'd reached the two week limit. Then, they said I hadn't reached out in time.
Do not purchase anything from Samsung!! Use Amazon or something instead so that you can return if it's broken.
Samsung's system is set up to fail you. I have always used 100% Samsung products, but now I'm switching to other brands going forward. I'm offended by their service.
