Fridge/freezer brought only 6 years ago, has stopped working,contacted Samsung, who said I need there engineers to diagnose, cost £144, it's out of warranty they said.
Engineer diagnose compressor failure.
Samsung say compressor has a 10year warranty, but not any other parts or.labour to go with it. Engineer then phones me.to say it's not worth getting fix, has this sort of fault will cost approximately£600 with a 80% chance of failure. This is a beautiful black Fridge freezer with water and ice despenser, that was not cheap and has only lasted 6 years, and all Samsung would offer was 20% discount if I brought another one, as if I would be that nuts, so upset and totally disappointed with Samsung and there after sales.
