I regret ever purchasing an AC from Samsung Shop. This has been one of the most frustrating experiences I’ve had with any company.
Failed Delivery: After placing my order, I was given a delivery date, but the product never arrived. No updates, no explanations—just complete radio silence.
Horrible Customer Support: Trying to reach Samsung’s customer service was a nightmare. There's no phone support, no email support, and no web support to address concerns. It’s like they sold me the product and disappeared!
Unacceptable Service: Even after multiple attempts to track my order, there was no proper response. It seems they are completely ignoring customers once they’ve made a sale.
This level of service is unacceptable for a brand like Samsung. If you value your time, money, and sanity, avoid buying from Samsung Shop at all costs!
