After many years of using used washing machines we finally purchased our first brand new washing machine from Lowe’s and unfortunately, we chose Samsung $599. Within two years will not run a load without becoming unbalanced after paying to replace the springs once they lasted less than two weeks only to repeat the same problem. After contacting Samsung, they informed us the cost would be $75 per new spring requiring four of them for a total cost of $300 before labor. Customer service warranty department unwilling or could care less to do anything. Apparently they don’t care about American customers so they have made it easy. We will never purchase another Samsung product in this house.
