I purchased a watch for my wife's birthday. She opened her gift 2 days after the 14 day return period to find that it was unsuitable due to size. The watch was not extracted from the packaging. I contacted customer support to try and swap the 44mm face for the 40mm face. I was met with an intractable returns policy. So after spending £264 on a watch, and exceeding the return period by 2 DAYS, Samsung would not accept a return, replace or refund, or in fact help in any way. I am, correction was, a loyal Samsung customer of over 20 years, and have around £10,000 of their equipment in my house. I can't believe that there was nothing we could do to remedy this honest mistake on my part. I understand they have a policy, but they are being put out in no way whatsoever by accepting the return. It was not even turned on. The customer support rep offered me a voucher for £20 as a remediation measure, which is an absolute insult given the money I've spent with them. 2 DAYS!!!! I'll never buy another Samsung product in my life.
