I ordered a screen through the Samsung app—never again. Delivery was delayed, the team unpacked it without permission, took the packaging, and the screen turned out to be too small. When I asked to exchange it for a bigger one and pay the difference, I was told flat-out no because I used the app. Zero flexibility, rude customer service, and no solution.
If you care about service or support, avoid ordering through the Samsung app. It’s a trap. Think twice before ordering through the Samsung app. There’s no flexibility, no accountability, and no proper customer care.
