I’ve been a long-time customer of Samsung, but my recent experiences have been incredibly disappointing. I purchased a Samsung device expecting the reliability and innovation they’re known for, but instead got a product that began having issues within just a few months.
Not only did the device underperform but trying to get help from Samsung’s customer service was equally frustrating. It took forever to reach a real person, and even then, I was constantly redirected without getting a clear resolution. The warranty process felt deliberately difficult.
What’s even more frustrating is how expensive these products are—you expect a premium experience but get subpar quality and support. I’ve also noticed Samsung devices tend to be packed with bloatware and unnecessary features that slow them down.
Unless Samsung makes serious improvements to quality control and customer service, I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.
