At first I was greatly displeased with Ss. after the rep. on the phone call couldn't help, i decided to file my complaint with BBB, at 1:30am. The very next morning Ss made contact and quickly, like 3 work days quick, resolved the issues with my order, and then some. The person who contacted me was very kind, listened well then made sure to keep me informed of the progress every day. Not only was I refunded the total amount in question, ($350.) I was told to keep the return that was mistakenly sent to me as well. I'm a hard person to deal with when done wrong, my expectation of quality customer service is extremely high and Samsung exceeded my expectations with respect, Ss showed me they truly care about satisfying their customers.
