I purchased Samsung Z Flip 3 in Jan 2024. In April 2025, after the SOFTWARE update, it started getting GREEN LINE issue. My phone had just cross the warranty. They said they cant do free display replacement as the phone is not under warranty. They said they will charge 30000 INR for screen replacement.
Though there is a software glitch from their side, they are not ready to accept and do the free replacement.
Very disappointed and pathetic service. I will never buy or recommend SAMSUNG again
