My item was lost in transit and I was left to track it down and rearrange delivery. The item broke after only 5 weeks and after hours on the phone, email and webchat being batted back and forth between different teams I was told that they won't do anything about it. I've repeatedly been told to buy a spare part for my item but they don't sell the part as a spare. It's the worst customer service experience I've ever endured and I will not be buying from Samsung ever again.
