this is regarding the new galaxy s 8 plus i bought from carphone warehouse
within 30 days the screen had marks from inside ,, the carphone warehouse employee told me its the screen adaptor from inside touching the display,,
now i had galaxy s6 edge which had black dots on the display, at that time carphone warehouse employee told me it was dead pixels. now i very upset with u samsung that i had to go all over this again,, every time i had to stay without a proper phone for 2 weeks ,, everytime they take the phone telling me Samsung will repair the phone which takes 2 weeks.
with galaxy s 6 edge , they had repairs the phone twice ,since it was not repaired properly,,i didn't had my galaxy s6 edge for 3 weeks eventually carphone warehouse ending up giving me a box pack new galaxy s6 edge,
And now this problem with galaxy s8plus, they took the phone for repairs asking me to wait for 2 weeks.
i trusted samsung and bought. but i had to waste my time and money, with all this issues ,,
i really use to like samsung products,, i had s2, than the first note, than s4, than s6edge preorder which gave me lots of problem,, but i thought its was just a my bad luck ,, but after having the bad experience with s8plus preorder,, I'm very upset with the service provided by Samsung.
Carphone warehouse tells me they can't do anything about it .. since samsung usually takes 2 weeks to repair the phone.
now as a end user i want an answer from Samsung why do i need to spend my hard earn money and time on a product which don't even work properly,
and have to wait weeks and weeks to come from repairs.
shame on u Samsung.
