I placed an order for Samsung galaxy s7 edge on 27th November Christmas present for my wife. did not receive by delivery date called dpd couriers advised to tell Samsung lost in transit,which I did big problem with Samsung shop or customer support is advisers do not speak very good English at all very hard to understand,they also found it hard to understand myself after numerous phone calls & emails very confused wether I am going to receive a phone or a refund? even received email asking to send phone back! which I have not received
also keep receiving calls from dpd couriers to which I miss so on recall keep getting phone put down.i will not and advise other people not to shop with Samsung online very poor!
