This is last time that I will purchase any product from Samsung. I placed order for Samsung S8 smartphone in February ( month ago) and received message that is on backorder and will be shipped on March 18. Never heard from them since. My phone is still on backorder....
I'm very not happy that I have to wait so long and when I call customer service no one knows when I will receive my order.
