I sent my galaxy S8+ back to warranty as the screen didn't work any longer. I got a reply saying that the phone has moisture in it due to rain or because the phone was kept in damp place or because of condensation, therefore my warranty won't cover it.
Is the worst experience to see that such a phone where Samsung claim to be water proof gets so easy damaged without even touching the water. On top of this they won't repair it.
PATHETIC. I've been their customer in the past 6 years buying all galaxy version. Now this is the last one.
