After sale customer care amounts to zero. God forbid for my vacuum cleaner to go dead on me during my five year guarantee. I have sent them three emails regarding over sensitive remote switch and all I got was instruction on not having any electronics on. I responded and asked for a replacement and no response since. My remote handle is not working correctly. Suddenly it lowers the suction and does not increase when pressing the plus button but will reset after switching it off completely. Learn something from Morphy Richards company. Excellent customer service with using just one contact detail, unlike yours. Wanted to purchase a replacement 2100W vacuum from Morphy Richards but they do not sell them now. This is the reason I decided to use Samsung company for my next purchase but never again will I purchase anything from Samsung nor will I recommend their products to my friends. They have a long way to match the service of company like Morphy Richards.
