I had few questions related to my Samsung Mobile Phone. I attended one of the Samsung Support Centre. I had to wait over 45 minutes in a very long queue. Then I was seen by Samsung staff who suppose to be an expert. Unfortunately he did not know anything relate to my mobile phone. His answer to my questions were simply reset my my mobile phone! which I could loose lots of info, contacts, etc.
I did not follow his advice. Instead I went to O2 store. A saleperson simply showed me how to deal with my problems.
He agreed that the staff working in the Samsung Support Centre do not know much.
I do not recommend any Samsung Support Centres to anyone.
