BAD COMMUNICATION POOR SERVICE
Washing machine stopped working. Spoke to Samsung CS done a reset over the phone still no joy .she said they will get the service centre to call me and book an engineer and fix my W/M.Did not receive a call so i phoned up again spoke with another person explained the whole thing again they said it was booked for the 10/1/18 .she give me the details for the engineer company so i called them .they told me that i was NOT booked in for that date .Good job i checked so i didn't lose a days pay it was for the 21 /1/18 17 days later without a washing machine with 5 people in my house hold .the original appointment was cancelled NOT BY ME.
