In August 2018 I purchased two Galaxy note 8 brand new in the store and about two months later one started to give me issues it would not charge it kept saying there was water in the phone even though my phone had never been exposed to any kind of liquid so over the past few months it is getting worse to the point where I can only charge with a wireless charging pad and it dies very quickly. I called to do a warranty exchange with Samsung and got told that they do not replace faulty device that they only offer repairs and the closest Samsung store is a two hour drive away this is very bad customer service they said I can send it in but then that leaves me with no phone for days I have young children so my phone is needed on a daily basis and I paid $800 for each phone so why should I have to go with out a phone because of a defect in the phone I swear I will never in my life spend any money on any thing made by this company again.
