I returned a phone. It was rejected and returned to me and I was told it had "gouges." There were no gouges. I took photos to prove this and sent them to customer service. I was told to return the phone. I received an acknowledgment that the phone was received. I have still not received a refund. When I contacted customer service via email, I was told the phone was rejected again and returned to me a second time. I never received the phone back and said so. I did not hear back via email. I called customer service on the phone. They also claimed phone was returned. When I asked for proof the phone was returned, I was hung up on. At this point, Samsung has simply stolen my money.
